Super-Cut-Pop is an exclusively manufactured product of the Bosley Company, for value engineering. Super-Cut is an engineered, fiber board product that cuts, paints, and nails like poplar, while exceeding the durability of poplar. We have over 100 profiles in our standard Super-Cut catalog available, while, in addition, creating custom profiles for customers.

The true value of this product is found in cost savings. Even custom profiles, which may require tooling, are available at a savings of 20 to 60 percent the expense of the same profile in solid poplar.

Royal Wood: Exterior Trim Board
A co-extruded composite material: the core being a combination of wood and a proprietary blend of thermoplastic resins & additives; the cap being a patented, UV stabilized, ASA acrylic polymer. Royal Wood can be painted or left unpainted; it will not yellow or change color. Royal Wood will cut very similarly to wood, however, there is much less chipping and splintering due to the fact that there is no grain direction or knots. In addition it will sand, drill, route and nail very much like wood. The Bosley Company stocks all of the Royal Wood 1 x sizes, as well as the brick mold and tongue & groove reverse bead v-groove patterns.
